You meet one of the mangers for a short interview and because they are usually very short staffed you'll have the managers switch places while they interview you. If/Once hired,
you'll be given a pretty thick packet to go over the store policies and expectations...Its a quick process because they have a high turn over rate.

Are you crafty or artistic? Can you work nights,weekends and holidays?
During the time of my interview I was interviewed with about 11 other people for a temporary position to set up and help open a new store. So the interview process was making sure that we filled out all the paper work and that you showed up every day on time.
