The second round was scheduled around the same time as the first, and they both had similar questions that were your typical behavioral questions, but with a focus on "why this company?" Selection day involved a numercial test, then two 20-30 minute interviews: one with an associate and one with a director. Be prepared for technical questions and about interest in the sector.
Overall, the superday was hard. The technicals grilled me, and I wish I practiced more. They were pretty friendly during behavioral. The Houston office is boring anyway; energy is lame.
