Everforth Creative Circle Graphic Designer interview questions

Time wasting and ghosting. I was contacted by Creative Circle because they thought a position they were trying to fill was "right up my alley". I was asked to tailor my resume to the specific position and write a marketing piece about myself. This took me a few hours and I sent that off to them right away as requested. I then heard nothing, no reply to my email, no reply to my follow-up emails. Completely unprofessional behavior. Do these people not think that I have better things to do?
