Very well structured. Easy to schedule and clear follow up instructions. Be prepared to answer questions about your portfolio and any certification you hold. Very targeted to skills needed for content development
Luck of the straw based on a recruiter reading your profile. Fantastic once you are matched with a recruiter but can take several years in order to. Doesn't seem there is a streamlined process if you have an assignment and need a change so it's as if you're back to waiting on luck again.
