They initially contact me two years and explained their recruitment process which consisted of sending you weekly emails of job descriptions for potential jobs. If the job description peaks your interest you are asked to reply to the email with three bulleted reasons why your skills match the job along with an updated resume. Well, after 2 Years of replying to these so called jobs I never received a single request for an interview for a job. I called them up after two years of not receiving a single request for an interview and I shared my confusion as to why. The girl that answered the phone was very nice but a little flaky. She proceeds to tell me that I need to send an updated resume to input it in their system so that the recruiters can access them easier and get a better picture of your skill set bhah bhah bhah..Give me a break...I already email them just and every time I reply to their job descriptions along with their three bulleted reasons. This is poorly managed recruitment process that is discriminatory to people who are in their fifties,
