I interviewed at Everpure (Chicago, IL) in Aug 2020
Interview
The interview process was four rounds. The final round was about 9 hours long and consisted of all the candidates on a zoom call together. Very poorly organized and difficult to facilitate conversation.
A group interview followed by individual interview where you have to choose a celebrity to have dinner with and then defend why they would be best in a desert island scenario
15 minute phone call that led to a 3 hour group interview with about 30 others followed by a 30 minute individual interview. The group interview was extremely strange, including about an hour dedicated to roleplaying being a celebrity on a life boat arguing why they should stay on (WTF!? What does this have to do with sales?) If you're going to ask people to take 3 1/2 hours out of their lives please make it relevant to the job. If they're willing to waste time like that in an interview, I can't imagine the way they waste your time in the job.
The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Everpure
Interview
A batch day with several other people that included group breakout activities and challenges. There also were individual interviews with the managers over Zoom. In total, there were about 3-4 interviews.
