Initial call with recruiter - she was very sweet and easy to talk to. Gave loads of knowledge about the company and really showed how great it could be to work there. Second interview (same day) with HM - I'll say interview process was not ideal. First - he was 20 minutes late to the interview and when he called 5 min later sorta felt like I was the one that was late (but i waited for 15 min). Didn't ask any real QA questions - more on my previous background and an unrelated question about how to give directions to a blind person to the store (Q based on being detail oriented) and if I had visited the website and if I found any issues on it. I asked him a questions about the QA team dynamic as well as the relationship between QA, PMs, and devs and he just told me about company culture (not what I was asking).
