The interview process was quick and very well coordinated. They also have an AI recruiting coordinator that helps with phone interviews which is really cool! I never seen a company use this before. When I first came onsite and when no one was in front of the desk (bathroom break), I was greeted by a senior member of the company and he made sure I was helped by finding a recruiter. That itself spoke about the company culture for me and it gave me a great first impression. The onsite interview was an amazing experience, it did not seem like an interview but more like a conversation. The recruiting team reflected the company culture because when I was given a tour I saw a lot of the employees laughing, playing ping pong, collaborating and enjoying their time at work.
