Initial 30 minute phone interview followed by a 1.5 hour in-person interview (30 mins with HR, 30 mins with someone as a "culture" fit, and 30 mins with the position's supervisor). Easy, straight forward interview-- very casual. While the interviews themselves were essentially positive experiences (nice people, easy questions, etc.) there were multiple instances of errors on their part. I initially received a decline email about my application then the next day received a request for interview. Additionally, I was sent to the wrong building location for my in-person interview and then had to drive to a different location which created a bit of confusion. When I arrived, I had to wait about 15 minutes before the HR recruiter came out. They're growing rapidly which I would presume is causing some of the errors.
