Job security since Cologuard is always running Plenty of opportunities to work overtime throughout the year

Cons

High quotas set 24/7 operations where it can be difficult to get breaks in Since equipment is running constantly equipment is always breaking Physically rough ergonomically

Fun coworkers and a lot of activities and snacks provided to employees. About it....

Cons

Unreasonable workload at time. Other employees won't help and aren't encouraged to help other people in their downtime. People only typically help out their friends. Leveling is next to impossible without being best friends with management too.
