I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Exact Sciences in Nov 2022
Interview
The process from initial recruitment call to final stage took 8 weeks and involved speaking with 6 different people through Zoom. (this could've easily been made into 3-4) The interviews were standard but the process seemed disorganized and unclear at times, with delays in responses and unnecessary additional interviews. My experience was decent until the final interview when compensation was discussed. The salary offered was significantly below average and less than what was initially presented by my recruiter. The interviewer also asked about my previous salary, which I found unprofessional. Overall, I feel that the company's expectations and understanding of compensation were unrealistic and does not value a candidate's or employee's time. I am grateful that I avoided this company so proceed this place with caution!
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Exact Sciences (Fort Collins, CO) in Jun 2026
Interview
30 minute teams interview. Asked me to walk through my resume and give an overview of my background. Then there were STAR formatted formal questions, where they were looking for answers that outlined the situation / task / action / result
