Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Tell me about yourself. Have you dealt with conflict with a coworker? Describe a time you had a prior obligation and could not fulfill it, what did you do? What is a challenge you forsee coming to this company? Describe how you deal with a new team setting.
The interviewer didn't show up to her own Zoom interview, then when I confronted her about it, claimed that she had "tech problems" all morning and told me that she'll send another link to reschedule.
It didn't come, and the position was filled later. This absolute travesty of an interviewing process doesn't make me any excited about either the future prospects of the company nor working for them, ever.
