Applied online 9/9/24, phone interview with HR 9/12, virtual interview with AP manager 9/23, virtual interview (4 team members over 2 hrs) 10/1. Phone interview was 20-30 mins. Discussed career journey, position, and any questions I had, salary. 1st virtual interview was 30 mins. Discussed the role, my experiences pertaining to the job, what financial systems I had worked with, more about the role and the team. 2nd virtual interview was 2 hours long split into 30 min increments. Started with the AP Associate Manager, then 3 Lead AP Specialists back to back. Asked 3 questions each. Each person had a company value that they were looking for in your answers. Time for questions/discussion at end. Very nice people to interview with, and the whole process was fairly smooth. Last interview was on a Tues, HR had said they would get back to me by end of week, didn't hear from them, reached out the following Tues, they said they would have an answer end of THAT week. Didn't hear back until the next Tuesday, two weeks from interview.
