In order to maintain fairness for all applicants, we require a minimum score on the assessments. The applicant is notified of this prior to taking the assessments and encouraged to complete a practice assessment to help gauge question type and get practice with the timing. While we wish would could make exceptions based on skills/qualifications alone, that would nullify the assessment process and be unfair to all candidates.
