The interview process was very informative and they encouraged you to ask questions about the company along with trying to get to know you on a personal level. They asked questions about prior work experience and tried to understand your professional background.

Interview
Phone Interview and in person interview. There was conversation through email before having a conversation over the phone. Then was invited in for an in person interview with the manager of the team and another employee. They were very easy to talk to and the conversation was based around the project and on my resume.
