The hiring process is quite simple typically begins with a phone screen and if chosen to move forward. Second step is a 1 on 1 interview with hiring manager. If the hiring manager feels you are a good fit then brought in to meet with Branch Manager and Account Managers. Very difficult to read managers to know if you are a match to what they are looking for.

Interview
I had two wonderful interviews. Both panel style and very conversational. First time two ladies and a guy. Second time one male one female upper management. Very comfortable. They talked like we’ve known each other for years. You personality is the most important thing with this company. If you’re nasty and rude and distant, skip this job. Seriously, leave your attitude at home. Be ready to talk. They are good people as far as I’m concerned.
