Interview
Couple interviews going over character attributes and company culture. They really want you to be a great fit and embody the culture they have worked hard to achieve. They love innovation, but do not reward you for it. At my branch, there seems to be seniority that plays a part of promotions, and that is unfortunate considering I'd like to move up based on merit.

Question 1
Do you want to work your way into leadership? What is the reason that you'd like to work for Expeditors, and do you think that they can facilitate your future goals/needs?
Managers mostly wanted to listen to themselves talk. They like to hire young people who they can mold and manipulate so if you smile and nod and say you read the mission statement you’ll fit right in

Interview
I had two wonderful interviews. Both panel style and very conversational. First time two ladies and a guy. Second time one male one female upper management. Very comfortable. They talked like we’ve known each other for years. You personality is the most important thing with this company. If you’re nasty and rude and distant, skip this job. Seriously, leave your attitude at home. Be ready to talk. They are good people as far as I’m concerned.
