I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Experis India (Bengaluru) in Jul 2017
Interview
The process started with the normal communication round with one of the company employee. He would give any topic and you will have to speak upon it for hardly 2 minutes. They are checking the basic communication skills. After that a test is conducted which comprises of three sections -verbal, java programming, logical. And if you clear that test and then they would ask you to sign on a blank cheque of ₹100000 which will be refundable. The client is taken to manipal University for 40_50 days for the training. After that another test is conducted by IDM and shortlisted candidates will join IBM. They will care in which profile u want to go. They will give you the profile by themselves.
