It was not like an interview all fake experience candidates and some dumb guy from IBM took the interview for contract role and they promise all fake things about salary and benefits.If you truly want peace in your life don't join this consultancy ,No clear idea on who is HR who is the manager all people in this consultancy are manner less cheap people working.I even didn't get my last month salary after resignation and they don't even respond to ur mails and calls.It's not a company ,it's a consultancy with cheap values and non sense people.I would recommend never to join this ,better go for collabera or adecca ,magna but never experis i mean never if u don't want to waste ur career.If u clear interview they will not even let u breathe until u accept the offer letter and once u accept the offer letter they won't care if u r dead also.salary is not provided on time and unnecessary deductions and no explanation on that if u ask back,No insurance coverage or any benefits.Please never ever join this consultancy.

Very good interview process, they connect with the proper team who take the interviews. The rounds depends on clients, but I had 2 rounds of technical interviews and one the client selected then the further process was very smooth.
