They hired me through Pool Campus in one of Haryana's college stating that I will be working in IBM which I did but on the contractual basis. At college: First they briefed us about the company for about 45 minutes then interview process was started. 1) GD/PI -> Intro and GD topic - Traditional Books vs Digital Books. First round was Qualifying round. Those who got selected in the 1st round only appeared for the 2nd round). They were looking for the candidates who can just at least speak up with very normal English. So, just speak even if you don't know much about the topic. 2) Online Written Test (MCQs- Very very easy questions on Quant, Computer basics, English etc.) May be, around 30 students were selected out of around 60 students. We received a mail on the same day in the evening or within 2-3 days(Not sure, I have forgotten now the exact timeline. But this is not important either so that's fine). These selected students needed to appear for the next interview process at their Jasola-Okhla, Delhi office. At office: First we were provided the briefing and the whole process of Training in Bengaluru, deployment, PAN India location, Salary, Bond, 1 Lac Rupees cheque submission, if we get selected. Then the process started, this time there was not any qualifying round. Everybody took all the rounds: 1.) IVR telephonic round for checking the Spoken English. (They give you a paper with some sentences, the focus is on the pronunciation) 2.) Online Written Test (MCQs on Core Java, English, Quant). This written test was difficult as compared to the one which we had at college but not very difficult. I would say average and if you are good at studying then below average). 3.) Final HR round(Nothing much. HR will mainly ask you about the placement doubts, if you have any). We left the office around 5-6 PM. We got the final result on the same day itself around 8-9 PM through E-mail. 6 were selected out of those 30. I was one of them. Joining was very-very late.
