I was interviewed for Experis's client TCS, Pune. After I was selected I had to provide all documents which included getting an affidavit from the court stating my authenticity. I was asked to provide bank statements from 2013 to 2018 (6 years). As one of my bank acc's was located at a place different than the one I was residing at, I had to make my family member run to the bank multiple times to get statements (6 years old). After providing all this info, Experis provided me an offer letter which had a salary which was less than what was initially promised. 2 days before the joining date, I received an email from Experis IT stating that TCS had delayed the project and due to that I could not join and that the offer letter was no longer valid. A complete waste of time and energy. Also, the HR team (based in Kolkata) was unprofessional - not returning calls, emails, delayed responses, etc. Experis is a grouo which no candidate should be associated with.
