Express interview questions

I dropped off a resume, applied online, and filled out an integrity test, I called back for 2 weeks, and finally received an interview, in the interview it was 1:1 with the store manager. They just wanted to make sure you are a decent person and do not have a poor history record. They did check all my references.

Applications are online and must take the integrity test. If you pass the test, they will most likely call you in order to schedule a group interview or a 1v1 depending on the amount of applicants. Must be dress presentable to ensure that you are serious for the job. Confidence and being a fast learner that can work in faced paced environments is a plus.
