Express Scripts Data Entry Pharmacy Technician interview questions

Pretty quick interview, 2 people interviewed me turns out neither were "managers" however one was an assistant and the other was "training" to become one. We talked about the duties/skills required, then sent to different room to take WPM/typing test. Was called back fairly quickly. Hired with a group of about 14 - finished 'class' with about 11. *They DO RANDOM drug testing - in my facility they only randomly selected the people with visible tattoos however I assume that's not exactly protocol*

First you apply for the job. If they like the resume enough then you'll take a personality assessment and when they get those results if they are to standards you'll get a call back for an interview. Before interviewing they test your typing skills, if your typing meets standards they will have you interview with a group of 3. After you accept and they decide they like you then you've got a drug test. And finally you're golden!
