They called me after finding my resume on Career Builder. Felt rushed to get me in there to interview. Too rushed. I hadn't filled out the application so was asked to do so. Then another recruiter called me, unaware I had an interview set up. Okay. The interview itself was very relaxed, casual interview with supervisor who was in the same department, but not who I'd be reporting to. Got called the next day with an offer. Accepted it. On-boarding process was a disorganized mess. Couldn't access the system despite two passwords sent to me. Had to take a day off current job to go on site to complete the process, and then the rep helping me had to get me a third password. Had to sit at her desk and complete it. Her voice mail didn't work so she had to answer her phone around me each time it rang. She told me the system goes down a lot. The place seemed very disorganized and inefficient. I ended up staying at my current job and emailing them to say I'd changed my mind, after reading reviews on various sites about problems with time off, rigid rules that weren't consistently enforced, problems with fair pay, and problems with inconsistent management.
