Pretty complex questions and complicated questions on the computer. Most people fail. But in the one on one, it was very relaxing and made me fell more ay ease. Really lay back interview.

I met and interviewed with the most genuine and laidback Supervisor. He put me completely at ease after I spoke with the initial recruiter. Great experience. I think I got lucky meeting with the gentleman that I did because as I discussed my interview with new coworkers some of them had multiple rounds.

Asked for an example of a fine I worked as a team and to talk about the process.
The interview process was good they ask customer service questions like what does customer service mean to you? Tell me about a time a customer was upset and how did you handle that?
