I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Express Scripts (Pueblo, CO) in Aug 2010
Interview
The first part was to fill out an online application followed by some easy testing. The test was to see what level a person's typing and computer skills are at as well as how good a person is at customer service. If you passed that portion they called you in for an interview. Mine was very low key and pretty easy. They had me wait about 10 mins after the interview and then they told me I got the job, so all of it was pretty quick.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The one thing I didn't care for in the interview is they wanted me to give a specific example from my former job of dealing with a difficult situation. Because of the nature of that job I couln't give specifics and even after explaining that she still tried pressuring me for information I could not give. I felt she was trying to get information to help her self rather than focusing on my ability to do the job I was being interviewed for.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Express Scripts (Saint Marys, GA) in Mar 2023
Interview
I met and interviewed with the most genuine and laidback Supervisor. He put me completely at ease after I spoke with the initial recruiter. Great experience. I think I got lucky meeting with the gentleman that I did because as I discussed my interview with new coworkers some of them had multiple rounds.
