I had a phone screening with a recruiter, followed by a phone interview. The phone interview was with two teams and a total of 5 people. The interview was very disorganized, as the interviewers alternated questions seemingly randomly, and were unclear at times. There was no technical aspect of the interview.
It was a referral and process to get interviewed took more than 2 weeks. I did not get any onsite interview call. They emailed me again and told me will come back to me in 1 week but never called.
