I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Express Scripts (Saint Louis, MO) in Apr 2014
Interview
I was contacted by phone to set up time for a phone interview with the recruiter. That interview discussed an overview of the job, my qualifications, and salary expectations. I was then called in for a 1:1 interview with the hiring manager. Both the recruiter and hiring manager were professional and kind. The interview went well, but I did not hear back for more than a month. And then it was only a generic email.

Question 1
Tell me what you like most about [present employer]'s culture?
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Express Scripts (Saint Louis, MO) in Apr 2014
Interview
SUPER haughty, SUPER unfriendly man in HR department called for my initial phone screening interview , told me nothing relative or relevant to the role as an external candidate and instead asked me 4-5 times what I wanted to know about the position. So, I led this interview with some of the questions I had prepared in advance. Basically this not-so-nice person acting like I was a bother and I felt as though he had something more important to do and like I was wasting his time.
And I should mention that I obviously interview well, as I've since I have made it to third and fourth round interviews in other corp communications roles and have received offers from 2 other companies in the meantime. That's FOUR other companies for whom I was qualified enough to advance through their screening/interview process. I feel as though I may have dodged a bullet with this place. Ick.

Question 1
The most difficult thing was being asked the same question 4-5 times. I got no explanation of the position, the organizational structure, day to day responsibilities. Nothing. waste of time.
