I applied online and was offered to complete the assessment test for further consideration. Maybe about 4 days later, I was contacted by a recruiter for a quick simple phone interview mainly explaining about the company and my availability. The recruiter scheduled me for a 1:1 interview for the next day and she also sent me a pdf to go over for before the interview. It was very helpful because the use the STAR Method. After my interview was was told that someone would contact me from Talent Acq and sure enough 3 days later I received a job offer from the same recruiter.

Questions were relatable and interviewer was very personable. Interview was slotted for 30 minutes but it lasted almost an hour. And that indeed was a good thing in my case, because I got an offer.

Received a call a few hours after I applied, was screened on the phone about customer service experience, then set for an interview the next day. The interview was laid back and easy. I was asked to complete a digital interview. Once I completed that, the next day I was invited on site for a face to face interview. The email stated to arrive 10mins early to check in with security. I was greeted by a supervisor named Peter and the interview was conducted with a team leader named Ashley. The interview lasted about 40 mins.
