Applied online, recieved email everything is done through email, recieved accessment, 150 personality questions, 5 minutes video interview, scedule n person interview lasted 25 minutes, interviewer told me about the position asked if i can handle back to back calls, can work any scedule, told me about incentives, asked strengths and weaknesses, will have to pass drug and background check. Then interviewed with a floor supervisor who informed about call quality, adherence, asking for help

I met and interviewed with the most genuine and laidback Supervisor. He put me completely at ease after I spoke with the initial recruiter. Great experience. I think I got lucky meeting with the gentleman that I did because as I discussed my interview with new coworkers some of them had multiple rounds.
