I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Express Scripts (Saint Louis, MO) in Jun 2015
Interview
The interview process is straight forward and structured which I appreciate. After applying for a position online, I received an email confirming my submission was received. I received an additional email days later indicating my resume had been selected for further review. The following week I received a phone call from a recruiter to schedule a phone interview. Days later, I had the phone interview and it went well so I was invited for 2 separate in person interviews. I ended up not getting the position but I was notified within a few days after my interview so I wasn't waiting too long for an answer. Very professional etiquette, friendly employees and speedy process compared to other companies.

Resume was kept on file from a previous interview, so I was once again contacted by a recruiter and described the current opportunity. A Phone interview with the current managers was scheduled for the next week, however I know others that accepted the job also had a local interview. Received a response about the job two days later.

I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Express Scripts
Interview
Extremely long for any in-house, non-call center position. It took over 2 months to schedule my second and third interview. By the time I was interviewed, you could tell the managers had already made their decision and could care less about any of the answers I provided. It was a waste of time.
