I applied online and in 7 days I received an email to take an assessment about myself then within 24 hours I received another email asking me to take another assessment. Within the next 24 hours I received an email telling me to take a digital interview. The day after I received the email I did my digital interview and the same day I received a call from HR just asking me why I want to leave my current job and why I left other jobs. She told me she wanted me to do an face to face interview. I went that Monday did my 2 on 1 interview and was told they would transfer my answers over to HR and I would contacted within a few days. I received a call the next day telling me I got the job.

Interview
Questions were relatable and interviewer was very personable. Interview was slotted for 30 minutes but it lasted almost an hour. And that indeed was a good thing in my case, because I got an offer.

Received a call a few hours after I applied, was screened on the phone about customer service experience, then set for an interview the next day. The interview was laid back and easy. I was offered the position the next day but declined because they wanted the position filled in two weeks, which I was unable to do.

I was asked to complete a digital interview. Once I completed that, the next day I was invited on site for a face to face interview. The email stated to arrive 10mins early to check in with security. I was greeted by a supervisor named Peter and the interview was conducted with a team leader named Ashley. The interview lasted about 40 mins.
