Interview
Interview wasn't too difficult. It was straight - forward there was a phone interview with a recruiter, then there was phone interview with the supervisor. Took about a week to get offered the position. I did have to stay on top of the recruiter in regards to communication on next steps and offer information. I was internal so things like drug test and background check was already on file but got external candidates they will require it.
