Express Scripts Quality Auditor interview questions

Recruiter was great but could tell this position was a struggle to fill due to hiring managers. He said " I haven't had communication with them for a week" during the phone screening which should have been the first red flag. It took another week to figure out a phone panel interview time that worked for the 3 hiring managers. One out of three did not show with no explanation. Standard interview questions about work experience and excel skills. One manager was nice enough, the second I could hear messaging throughout the whole interview which was distracting. This was a long but easy interview. They said they are making their selection in 2 weeks but would not accept a job if offered. Salary is not as competitive for the same position with other companies and managers did not seem like they offered team support.
