Went through four rounds. First round was with recruiter, second round with manager, third round with two directors, and final round with the CEO. Overall, straightforward interview process and was offered a position. Also accepted the position!
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Expressable
Interview
The first interview was with Human Resources. It felt very rushed and the interviewer did mention she was on a strict schedule and the interview would end before or after the 30 minute mark. She spoke very fast and didn’t allow time for questions. The second interviewer was a young woman who read stock questions from her computer, she wasn’t very engaging and couldn’t answer any questions. I felt she wasn’t prepared or experienced. Ultimately it didn’t feel like a very professional organization
