Interview
Easy , relaxed and very informative. The manager was polite knowledgeable and extremely easy to talk to. The company has very good guidelines in interviews and hiring process. The manager made it all seem effortless and it all went smoothly.
there's a face-to-face interview with the general manager then they do a background check. Corporate does the background check to make sure you don't have a criminal record for stealing.
Other than the twenty-minute wait in the lobby, it was a fairly quick interview. The manager cuts to the chase but remains respectful of boundaries and such. I was told I was hired the day after.
