I applied online. I interviewed at Extended Stay America (Westlake, OH) in Oct 2015
Interview
Would describe it as a normal type interview, set a date and time, manager was on time and did not keep me waiting, we hit it off from the get go and offer was made
Other than the twenty-minute wait in the lobby, it was a fairly quick interview. The manager cuts to the chase but remains respectful of boundaries and such. I was told I was hired the day after.
