Interview
Got a call after a couple days of applying via Snagajob.com. Scheduled and interview next day. Very laid-back, manager asked one question, "Why do you want to work here." Afterwards, manager listed job duties and responsibilities and signed background check papers right afterwards. Very easy.

there's a face-to-face interview with the general manager then they do a background check. Corporate does the background check to make sure you don't have a criminal record for stealing.
Other than the twenty-minute wait in the lobby, it was a fairly quick interview. The manager cuts to the chase but remains respectful of boundaries and such. I was told I was hired the day after.
