I applied online. I interviewed at Extended Stay America (Santa Clara, CA) in Jun 2015
Interview
The interview at Extended Stay America is rather very easy, well depending on the hiring manager as well. However the hiring manager that I was interviewed with was outgoing and talkative. He was very conversational and chatty so it felt more like he had talked more than I did, but it made it easier for me because I like people who talk alot, you learn a lot from one person in one day. Overall I would rate the interview fairly easy and ifyi I did get hired. Great place to build experience if you plan on transferring to one of the those 4-5 star hotels where the pay is extremely beneficial and competitive, even though Extended does not start you off on a high salary it is still worth it just by seeing how easy of a job it is.
