Interview
First interview was with the General manager. Asked general questions about resume, background, reason for applying. Gave overall property and company information and general schedule requirements. GM then referred me to the regional manager for a approval and final job offer. The interview process took about 1 week then another week for the background check.
Easy and pretty fast wasn’t a super long process. I negotiated a better salary too. I actually like this position it comes with a lot of perks. I haven’t started yet but I’m glad to be apart of the management team

I had an interview with the Hotel Manager. The interview was short because she had another interview after me. She did not seem prepared for the interview as she did not have questions that were tailored to someone with my experience level.
