Interview
If you have the pleasure of having the amazing Jennifer perform your first interview you're a lucky person. She was amazing from the very start. Her kindness, friendliness and positive attitude made this the best interview I've ever had. I've never finished an interview and had zero remaining questions. She answered everything for me before I even needed to ask. She's an amazing asset for ESA and honestly she's one of the biggest reasons I joined the company. I then spoke to Ryan and Julio and they were equally as awesome. They were extremely professional but also added some humor which made it an extremely comfortable interview. We talked about real life stuff which made it easier to get to know each other and how we are as people. I never once felt intimidated or nervous as some interviewees make you feel. They asked real questions that actually pertained to the job I was applying for instead of those five star interview questions that every hotel in the world asks. This whole interview process was the best one I've ever had from beginning to end. These guys do interviews the right way.
