TECH team is good, HR TEAM IS WORST EVER I interviewed. I applied through referral. There were 2 tech rounds followed via online and 1 F2F Managerial round, HR discussion rounds. I strongly believe the technical team is really good. They clearly set expectations and asked questions which absolutely required for the role. All fine with Tech folks, the manager is really cool guy. I made my pay expectations very clear while the phone screening round. The HR says okay for that and clearly all tech rounds. At final round (HR discussion), a HR manager who sounds not wanted any experience guys to get in, staired at me when he heard my pay expectations. He asked his side questions but never tried to listen my answers. I was told to give him a call back to continue the conversation as he had to check with his team, he said. I tried call him everyday for 2 weeks of time, he was like I am in meeting, I am in function, I am there and where... I will call you to update the status. Anyway, he din't callled me and couple of my email reminders went unanswered as well. Exp folks, if you are attending any interview here - please made it clear your pay expectations and get a written confirmation back.
