Extra Space Storage Property Accountant interview questions

I have nothing but good things to say about Extra Space in this regard. I was living out of state and they worked with me to do phone interviews prior to me relocating. I had an initial interview with an HR person, an accounting manager, accounting director, and then a follow-up with a couple of accounting managers. They were on time and very conversational. I had even applied for a lower position, but after hearing my experience/education I was encouraged to apply for a higher position. That immediately told me the type of company Extra Space was and the type of leaders within the organization. I appreciated they recognized I could do well in a different position and knew I'd likely be bored in the position I originally applied for.

Was hired through temp agency so the interview process to go FT was short and very informal. Manger was newly hired and was looking to fill the team they would have. I had been a temp for 4 months and was not sure if I would stay or asked to leave.
