Interview
Interviewer asked a lot of technical questions and most of them are about the contents of your resume. The session was quite relax so dont be so nervous. They will ask you in detail about your answer to see your confidence and how deep you understand it.
I applied for the graduate program Mechanical Engineering Specialist at Exxon's Fawley site.
After passing an initial online numeracy test and a personality test I was invited for a Skype interview with a member of HR who I believe was an external agent.

1st round - Aptitude Test - Quant, Verbal and Logical.
2nd round - Group Discussion on current topics.
3rd round - Interview both HR and Technical.
4th round - Interview in Bangalore office.
