I applied online. I interviewed at Eze Software (Boston, MA) in May 2017
Interview
First was a quick phone call, mostly asking what I was looking for in a company and if I had any questions.
Next was an in person interview, lasted about an hour with two different people (half hour each) asking different personality questions, questions about my resume. Seemed like an interview to see if I was a good fit personality-wise.
Last was the final interview, a technical interview in which I had to use SQL and Excel, then a mock phone call with a client who needed information from an excel spreadsheet. You could use google, had to know how to do things quickly on excel. SQL stuff was very basic.
The interview process was relatively standard, but may have changed since I joined. The toughest part was one of the interviews in the panel, which was a mix of testing your ability to solution/think/stay calm on the fly when given a challenging problem. Phone interview with recruiter > 1 or two virtual interviews with team managers > in-person panel + with managers + director
Asked typical questions on how to deal with an angry customer + what is your experience in the FinTech sector. Met with an AD and several Seniors before given an offer.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Eze Software
Interview
Phone screen, followed by 4 interviews which consisted of 2 behavioral and 2 technical. Pretty standard interview questions, not too hard if you prepare for the technical interview topics and really know the company.
