Phone interview followed by super day. Applied online. Application process wasn't very strenuous. Didn't make you jump through hoops to get your foot in the door. Mostly behavioral questions throughout all phases of the interview process.

Describe a time you were confronted with a nearly insurmountable obstacle. How did you overcome it? What about you allowed you to overcome it?
The interview consists of a lot of technical questions about 15c3-1 and 15c3-3 rules. It was two rounds with examination directors. I recommend studying on the rules and be prepared to a writing exam. They want someone with proper grasp of the English language.
