HR screening, followed by Manager level interview, then final round with Director level. There are always multiple interviewers for each phase. They seemed to be following a script or have a list of questions that they need to run through.
Always started off with "tell me about your self" type questions. Very limited questions on your background and actual knowledge. They focus mostly on behavioral and situational question and asked me to use the STAR method when providing my response.

The interview consists of a lot of technical questions about 15c3-1 and 15c3-3 rules. It was two rounds with examination directors. I recommend studying on the rules and be prepared to a writing exam. They want someone with proper grasp of the English language.

Applied 4 times with management references. Finally got one interview. The same person interviewed me for the 2nd and 3rd round. Then I was ghosted. No notice about what happened. Of course, after a month I assumed I was not selected.
