Interviewed by two employees from the dept. of enforcement. It was a standard interview which lasted roughly 30 minutes. I heard back from them with an offer within two weeks.
The process took 1 day. I interviewed at FINRA in Mar 2011
Interview
It was a very short interview. I was taken to HR, and then an individual from the Legal Department took me to their office. We had a very brief interview (which consisted of roughly 2 questions). Truthfully, I did not have a chance to make a good or bad impression. I asked a few questions about the position and then left. In some ways, I think they may have made a position choice before I walked in the door.
