FLSmidth|FLSmidth S.A. Engineering Manager interview questions

A recruiter from a talent search agency sent a mail asking for the interest. On my consent, my resume was shared to FLSmidth by recruiter. After short-listing, initial interview was scheduled. Initial interview was through phone. Then a Skype call. Finally a personal interview. Personal interview was held at Chennai and some interviewers joined from US through Skype.
