The interview process consisted of a panel interview and a presentation component. Most of the questions were behavioral in nature, focusing on teamwork, problem solving, and communication skills. Interviewers also asked detailed questions about my prior professional experience and accomplishments.

Got interview through university career website, 1st 1 on 1 interview was very relaxed, the recruiter told me he though I was a good fit and that they were looking for people who wanted to really help their clients mitigate potential risks and who really showed interest in helping people. Question were all related to my resume and my experience. Found out that I didn't get the next round on-site interview pretty quickly, only about 3 days.

Accepted for a second interview, said it would be within 4 weeks, doesn’t respond to follow ups for 3 months, tells me it will be at end of week, never responds to me again.
